Last but never least in our four part series of DISC highs and low style interaction is the D!

High D – Low D

Low D – Low D
|
- High D’s share an appreciation of each other’s driven nature, are results oriented and both have an inherent need to direct.
- Since the High D loves a challenge, you can expect the discussions to be intense and focused upon challenging the status quo.
|
- The high D may have a tendency to overwhelm the low D.
- The high D will need to create a safe environmentand give the low D some time to think things through and process the request or information given.
|
- Two low D’s will work well together. Both share a need to gather their facts before making a decision.
- They may need to be more proactive when challenging each other. In other words, they may be too timid to disagree with each other.
