I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately on how the high & lows within each style communicate with each other. I’m also asked how two of the same style communicate with each other.
We looked at Steadiness last week & Compliance before it.
Now it’s time to for Influence – how one influences and interacts with others.
High I – High I

High I – Low I
|
Low I – Low I
|
- Two High I’s will have an incredible amount of fun together and their discussions will be upbeat and lively.
- They may need to be particularly mindful of agenda items and action plans, as their people focus can easily cause them to veer off track.
|
- These two styles share very little in common – people oriented versus task oriented; one tends to trust indiscriminately while the other is very guarded and untrusting.
- The high I will have to respect the low I’s low trust level and will need to seek to build trust gradually.
|
- Two low I’s will need to take time building trust with each other.
- Both tend to be a little shy and because of their high comfort level with working alone, they need to push themselves when it comes to face-to-face meetings and social events.
